As an independent network, we offer great flexibility to any insurer, TPA or self-insured organization. By focusing our energies exclusively on dental PPO and EPO networks we have helped clients consistently save up to $20 in claims expenses for every dollar spent accessing the FDH networks.

Quality providers are of paramount importance to FDH. This is evident by our stringent credentialing - before a dentist is added to our network - and our recredentialing standards which are done annually (as compared to the bi-annual industry standard).

FDH also re-prices claims and reviews them for "dental necessity," saving our clients additional money (usually 10% of the network savings). This claims review service, supplements our re-credentialing process and has a "sentinel effect" on our network. This sentinel effect helps FDH maintain quality providers and prevent over-treatment and over-charging.
