The following is a list of ways the FDH networks can compliment or supplement your clients and prospective clients insured and self-funded insurance product needs
 
PPO Network

Traditional PPO to reduce costs on dental insurance plans

 
EPO Network
Deeper discounted PPO (approximately 8% less than PPO) allowing out-of-network access on a UCR basis
Pure EPO with no out-of-network benefits (niche market priced closer to DHMO products than indemnity plans)
MAC (Maximum Allowable Charge) program that allows utilization out-of-network but caps exposure at the same levels as in-network benefits (also known as a scheduled plan)
 
FDH Select: Point-of-Service (POS)
Tiered dental network (PPO and EPO) to give groups two levels of discounts without the typical DHMO limitations (annual selection and gatekeeper)
Carve Out PPO Benefits for Executives and EPO for non-executives
 
The Dental Club (Discount Program administered by FDH)
